Today Alameda Point Collaborative (APC) began its first Wellness Wednesday in partnership with Open Source Wellness. The APC community came together, including residents and staff, to participate in the lunchtime offering led by Open Source Wellness.

On Friday Jan. 13, Reading Partners San Francisco Bay Area staff and AmeriCorps members participated in a full day of volunteering with Alameda Point Collaborative to honor the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. The federal holiday was first observed in 1986, but in 1994 Congress designated it a national day of service as well.
