200 units of Navy housing have been completely rehabilitated
to provide comfortable living environments. The housing is
a mix of apartment buildings and small cottages featuring
individual yards and common play areas. Most housing is for permanent residence, though some units are available on a transitional basis for up to two years.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Applicants must be:
• Homeless at the time of application
• Income must be less than 50% of Area Median Income.
• Household composition must meet the following occupancy limits:
maximum of two people per bedroom (units range from one to four bedrooms) plus one person per living room (i.e. one to nine residents per unit)
WHAT IS THE RENT?
• Eligible households will pay 30% of their household
income in rent as calculated under HUD regulations.

THE APPLICATION SUBMISSION DEADLINE FOR 2008 HAS PASSED. WE WILL BE ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS NEXT YEAR (JUNE 2009).
