In this first Wellness Wednesday, participants danced to popular songs from artists like Usher and Bruno Mars. Participants then engaged in a mindlfulness meditation exercise focused on breathing for relaxation.

Wellness Wednesday ended with everyone enjoying a delicious, healthy meal and thoughtful, inclusive conversation together. Come out to the Mural Room at 677 West Ranger Avenue next Wednesday and check it out!
