APC manages a fully equipped certified commercial kitchen. Our 600 square foot facility includes a walk-in refrigerator and freezer, a double oven Wolf Range, convection ovens, a commercial mixer and stainless steel food preparation tables and sinks.
The kitchen is used to process produce from the APC Farm2Market program and to prepare healthy meals for APC community events. It is also available for rent to Bay Area food entrepreneurs and is home to several caterers and bakers.
