Careers at Alameda Point Collaborative

APC’s mission is to end homelessness by providing housing and supportive services to create a community where individuals and families who have experienced homelessness can work towards stability and self-sufficiency.
To best meet our mission, we recruit, train, and retain a diverse workforce that is representative of the community we serve. Over half of our professional team has lived experience with homelessness. This experience, along with the many other skills and talents of our staff, strengthens our work. APC strives to recruit a racially, ethnically, economically and gender diverse workforce that is inclusive and where everyone’s voice is heard.
Alameda Point Collaborative is committed to racial equity at all levels and is partnering with local and national partners to plan and implement equitable practices in recruiting, training and retaining a diverse team that reflects our community. We are innovative and tireless in finding ways to empower our staff and residents to reach their fullest potential.
