Navy housing that was built decades ago is falling into disrepair and getting more expensive to maintain. APC is rebuilding the housing stock at Alameda Point through RESHAP (Rebuilding Existing Supportive Housing at Alameda Point). As we prepare to replace the existing housing structures and provide additional units with improved amenities, we have relocated our service center, property management, and administrative office into one building.
